REEF ROOM

 

Take your event to another level in both quality and elevation by holding it in The Reef Room. We can host your small group of up to 60 guests in style, with the room featuring striking décor, two walls of windows, blinds for comfort, underbench fridges that can be stocked with your choice of beverages and snacks, a Zippy hot/cold water dispenser, wall mounted TVs to use as projector screens, removable walls to extend the room into two adjoining media suites, flexible furniture and layout options and an entry deck overlooking the arena for use as a registration point, pre-function area or outside break space.

LANCASTER ROOM

 

The Lancaster Room boasts elegant crystal chandeliers, opulent decorative walls, floor to ceiling windows and classic swirling monogrammed carpet. Completely customisable with a portable dance floor, portable bar and staging, The Lancaster Room is perfect for any event format.

 

The room can be split into two smaller rooms, Lancaster A and B, both featuring their own state of the art projectors and screens. All rooms are fully air conditioned with complete wheelchair access and toilet facilities just outside the room. The Lancaster Room now features an expansive timber deck with umbrellas overlooking the impressive Great Barrier Reef Arena as an add-on hire for your event.

HAMILTON ROOM

 

With a stunning mirrored bar area, floor to ceiling windows and a full access deck overlooking manicured ovals, the Hamilton Room is a sleek and sophisticated meeting and event space.

 

The room can be split into two equal sized smaller conference rooms, The Hamilton A & B, each with their own entrance and access to the Hamilton Room Deck overlooking the ovals. This flexible space is suitable for meetings, cocktail parties or small private functions and can also be used in conjunction with the Lancaster Rooms as a precursor to any main event.

BOARD ROOM

 

A sleek, modern meeting place, with plenty of natural light, the sophisticated Snow Johnson Board Room radiates professionalism. With state-of-the-art audio visual including a ceiling-mounted projector and screen, and video conferencing equipment, This stylish boardroom with leather executive chairs seats ten people comfortably with close access to all club facilities.

THE GARDEN

 

Our large outdoor Garden Bar and Deck is one of the most popular areas at Harrup Park. We offer the option for you to reserve a sectioned off area in this space based on the number of guests attending and the date required.

 

The minimum booking is for up to 50 guests, with a maximum of 100 guests on a Friday or Saturday. We are also happy to offer exclusive use of this area Monday to Thursday (service fee applies), with all bookings in the Garden Bar requiring a pre-paid minimum spend on food and beverages.
