Arena Reward Points are the redeemable points you earn whilst using your membership card throughout the club. Arena Reward Points can be redeemed for cash through the member’s kiosk. The value of the transaction will be deducted from your points where each point is worth 1c (100 points = $1).
Every time you make a purchase at Harrup Park and you swipe your membership card at the point of sale OR whilst playing a gaming machine with your membership card inserted.
Status Points determine your tier level in the program i.e. Pavilion, Boundary, Premier, Century & Legacy. Status Points are awarded by purchasing food and beverage and playing gaming machines with your membership card inserted.
Your Arena Tier is determined by the amount of ‘Status Points’ you accrue over a 3 month period. Existing members will be allocated a level based on their current accrued ‘Status Points’. All new members will begin at the base level of ‘Pavilion’.
Present your card to a reception to check, swipe at the member kiosk, or download the Harrup Park app to check what tier level you are in.
Yes, you can move up to the next tier at any time. This will automatically happen once you earn the required number of Status Points for the next level.
At the start of each quarter (May, August, November & February), the program automatically reviews the past three months of visitation recorded on your card and calculates the average number of Status Points earned during that time. If a member has maintained the required Status Points for their current tier, they will remain in that tier. However, if their visits have decreased and their average Status Points fall below the requirement, they may move down a level.
Present your members card when purchasing food or drinks within the venue, or insert your card into the gaming machines to unlock great benefits and exclusive member perks.
